Weekend respite carer for young adult male with learning disabilities and epilepsy in LS16 - Leeds - LS16

Our 18-year-old son has learning disabilities and epilepsy. He is a happy and chatty young man who enjoys playing at home and going out and about in the community, including attending a weekly club. He is looking for a Personal Assistant who can help him in our home over a weekend 4 times per year to enable the other family members to be away for respite.
This will include providing regular medication, attending to all his specific needs in relation to epilepsy and staying overnight (sleeping).
This may include taking part in different activities, visiting places, playing and helping out at home, and generally being a friendly companion.
He needs help with most care needs, such as reminding and helping him to go to the toilet, hand washing and sometimes helping with intimate care in case of seizures. Helping to dress and undress, getting ready for bed.
He needs someone with him all the time when at home or out and about in case of seizures.
He would like someone who is happy to play and chat about trains, and his current favourite TV characters (e.g. Paw Patrol).
He would like someone who can help him care for and walk our pet dog and hens.
He would like someone who can help him ride his tandem trike.
He would like someone who can help him do things round the house, such as setting the table, emptying the dishwasher, washing the car, cooking a simple meal.
It would be especially helpful to have someone who has their own car, but this is not essential.
We are looking for someone for 4 weekends per year from 5pm on a Friday through to 7pm on a Sunday - exact weekend dates to be discussed and agreed. The rates of pay vary depending on the days/times as follows:
Friday:  5pm-10pm (5hrs) @weekday rate of £11.30 and 10pm-7am (9hrs) @ sleeping night rate of £10.42.
