Urgently require skilled carers for young woman with learning disability and complex medical needs.

Must be confident and experienced.
Personal care required.
Working as part of 2:1 team for a lovely young woman who enjoys lots of activities but who is going through some health challenges and needs more support from skilled carers.

Ideally have knowledge of medication administration, diabetes (not on insulin), epilepsy and dysphagia
Shifts available:

Up to 12 hour shift during the day (8 am to 8 pm)
Sleeping night shift (10 pm to 8am)
Waking night shift (8 pm to 8 am)

Looking for carers Saturday and Sunday (do not have to do both days).

£16.54 per hour day rate
£15.54 waking night rate
£12.21 sleeping rate
