Personal Assistant (Complex Care) – Morning Support
We are looking for two kind, reliable and experienced Personal Assistants to support a lady with complex physical needs in her family home. She benefits from calm, consistent and compassionate care, and we are looking for people who can build a trusting and respectful relationship.
This is a rewarding role for someone confident in providing personal care and working as part of a small team to deliver safe, dignified support.
The role
Providing personal care including washing and dressing
Supporting safe transfers from bed to wheelchair
Assisting with calm and structured morning routines
Working alongside another PA when required
Maintaining dignity, safety and comfort at all times
Hours
30 minute calls at 9:00am, five days per week
45 minute calls at 9:00am, two days per week with two PAs
You may be asked to help cover holidays and occasional absences.
Pay and benefits
£14.67 per hour
5.6 weeks paid holiday pro rata
