I am disabled mature woman with multiple disabilities aside from MS, and I am partially sighted I also have osteoporosis. I use a wheelchair and require assistance with personal care, some medical assistance domestic tasks, company and conversation.

pa required monday and friday 9am -5pm approx overtime available ****** to cover maternity leave

i require support with personal care , encouragement and support to access existing social activities , i enjoy going out shopping
my pa must be happy to undertake light household duties as required

My personal assistant must be able to manage the physical requirements of folding and lifting my wheelchair. I need my PA/support worker to load my scooter in the car (training will be given). A full comprehensive driving license would be essential, you must also have 3 years driving experience , I have a car which you can drive so your own car is not essential.
