Working 2:1 teaching /mentoring autistic adolescent boy age 18 on an established home education program
Co-deliver Behaviour & therapeutic programs to Develop communication, social & independent living skills
Teach/support outside in community going to the gym, trampolining, cycling
Following strict behaviour plan to reduce challenging behaviours - team teach/positive handling skills to be used
The program is Interactive /fun using motivational techniques & requires physical agility
Data is recorded daily for development

It is imperative that you are resiliant, outgoing, confident & physically agile as you will be doing sports
This role would suit an individual who has worked in schools or care homes for teens with Challenges.
