SUPPORT WORKER REQUIRED 12 HOURS PER WEEK LEEDS 26 - LEEDS - LS26

Job Reference (e144c3ce)

The role is to support my teenage son who has global development delay and epilepsy.  You will need to be very patient and extremely vigilant whilst caring for my son as he has no sense of danger.  Due to his epilepsy he may have seizures when you are supporting him and you would need to be mindful of this.
He is extremely energetic and would like opportunities to visit places without his parents being in attendance.  He loves gaming visiting the cinema riding his bike and visiting the park amongst other things.
He lives with his parents in Rothwell and although the hours can be used flexibly it would be beneficial for you to support six hours at weekends and twice during the week for three hours at a time.
You would give my son the opportunity to promote his life skills and in turn offer respite to the family.
We look forward to hearing from you.
