Support worker. - LEEDS - LS7

I am a young lady with Down’s Syndrome looking for someone to support me to go out to social events. I enjoy eating out, going to the cinema, going to see shows and bands etc. I would like my PA to support me to develop my independence and life skills whilst out. I have 8 hours a month to employ someone.  I am flexible about times eg 4 hours fortnightly after 5pm during the week or at the weekend to fit in around my other commitments. Living in Chapel Allerton, Leeds.
