Support Worker FT & PT £12.08 ph and £70.92 sleep - LEEDS - LS16

PA/ support worker needed for adult man with physical disabilities £12.08hr full time 37.5 hours, part time of 24 hours and 16 hours with one sleep in available. Sleep-in rate £70.92 (pay review in progress)

We are looking for a support worker to join a support team who work at a family home in LS16

. Personal care. Support to help in and out of bed using a sling and hoist. 
. Assistance to shower, use the toilet and dress.

. Peg Feeding, training will be given.

. Giving medication.

. Supporting in an active social life such as . watching cricket matches, going to watch Leeds Utd matches and Leeds Rhinos matches.

. 

Rates are £12.08 per hour.

£70.92 per sleep-in-this payment is in addition to set salary.

3% pension contribution

210 annual leave hours per year, pro rata

24/7 cover needed , includes weekends and bank holidays. 

 

Experience is not essential, however a positive attitude towards disability is essential along with someone with good humour and is willing to foremost things a go. We are looking for someone who works well within a team, as well as on a 1:1 basis. You must be approachable, friendly have a good sense of humour and enthusiasm.

 

An enhanced police check will be undertaken prior to your employment contract being offered.
