Support Worker required for disabled woman with physical and mental health conditions, Henleaze Bristol (BS9)
16 hours per week or 33 hours per week
15 hours per week over 2/3 days, or 32 hours per week over 4/5 days, including time completing admin from your own home. Priority will be given to applicants willing to try both 2 and 3 day (4 and 5 day) shift patterns to discover which works best for the client.
Paid attendance to online Team Meeting once a week for 1 hour.
Includes one weekend day shift on a rota with every other weekend off.
£12.00 per hour.

To create a small team with other support workers, as well as domiciliary care workers.
I have Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and am acutely sensitive to the modern world – debilitated by mobile phones, WiFi signals, other technology, electricity, chemicals and perfumes, which significantly limit access to public places, work and social life.
I am currently housebound with limited mobility.
I am warm and friendly, personable and I value real connection with the people that work with me. You are valued for your skills and input. I am also earth loving, creative and spiritual. I’m looking for support workers who are warm-hearted, calm, emotionally aware, practical and nature loving, to support me to create a safe, gentle environment, deal with challenges, help me rest, heal and have a more fulfilling life.
Support Worker Role:

- Mental health (trauma aware)
- Physical care (cooking & other domestic tasks)
- Everyday living
- Communication
- Admin
- Planning & problem solving
- Support with the healing journey
Suit someone
- Warm hearted, calm and caring
- Experienced in mental health/ care work
- Able to adapt and respond to changing needs
- With excellent communication, internet and phone skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Must be a non-smoker, non-vaper and non-perfume/aftershave user (due to employer's allergies) and ideally be a driver over 25 with a clean driver's licence.
