We’re looking for a female Personal Assistant to support an 18-year-old creative, funny, and fiercely individual young adult living in supported accommodation.
This isn’t your average PA role, it’s about connection, creativity, and helping someone build independence while celebrating who they are.

You’ll be supporting him to build independence and enjoy life, including:
- Supporting community access & social activities
- Helping develop daily living skills
- Providing transport and support to education sessions (Heddon-on-the-Wall)
- Staying nearby during sessions & assisting with shopping afterwards
- Encouraging confidence and reducing reliance on family

- Confident supporting (or willing to learn about):
- Neurodivergence
- PDA
