Support Worker - 12 hours per week - £10.50 per hour – Stockton area

We are looking for a enthusiastic, reliable person to support a 18 year girl to access the community. Our client is registered blind.
Our client enjoys visiting a local community farm, and the suitable client would support her to achieve this.

Duties to include :

8 hours (1 day during week) to support to visit community farm in Stokesley area

4 hours per week (weekends) to enable client to access the local community independantly.

Dates and times of working will be agreed with the successful applicant.

Driver’s licence & own vehicle would be an advantage, but not essential.

The successful candidate will require an enhanced DBS check, but this will be provided by client.
