Support Worker for a Gaming & Music Loving Teenager | £14.67ph
We are looking for a caring and reliable Support Worker to support a friendly 14-year-old boy with Autism, ADHD, and additional emotional and developmental needs. The role involves helping him enjoy activities at home and in the community, build confidence, develop social skills, and try new experiences.
He is passionate about gaming, particularly on his PlayStation and Nintendo Switch, enjoys music, and would love support to explore activities such as swimming. We are looking for someone who can connect through his interests, encourage positive engagement, and provide safe, supportive companionship.
Experience supporting young people with Autism, ADHD, or complex needs is desirable. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
3 hours per week term time, increasing to 8 hours during school holidays.
£14.67 per hour plus paid holiday entitlement, mileage, agreed expenses, and access to the ILG Employee Assistance Programme.
An Enhanced DBS check is required and will be funded by the employer.
