SUPPORT WORKER 5 HOURS PER WEEK (2.5 HRS EACH VISIT) LS17 TO SUPPORT A LADY WITH Autism - Leeds - LS17

Job Role  PERSONAL ASSISTANT –Leeds 17 

Hours – 2.5 hours twice a week

Hourly Rate - £13.23 Monday to Friday - £16.54 at the weekend

To support a lady who has agoraphobia/autism/Aspergers and personality disorder.  You would encourage her to go out into the community and take her shopping and she enjoys walks in the park amongst other things. You would need to be caring and have an understanding how her conditions impact on her daily.

Confidentiality is of the upmost importance

5.6 weeks holiday pro rata per annum – DBS/Right to work will be completed prior to starting the role.
