Hi! I'm Ellie and I am looking for a sporty support worker/PA who is able to assist me in accessing and cycling on cycling paths.
A bit about me, I am an intelligent,positive and sporty person who likes to maintain independence through a healthy lifestyle.
For this role I require someone to assist me in accessing a cycle path of my choice. You are required to wear appropriate clothing for the weather and be prepared to walk/cycle for a long duration behind or in front of me. The wheelchair may be required at times. This must be transported in the car.
When accompanying me to a cycle path of my choice, this must be in your own vehicle. Please Ensure it is roadworthy and has sufficient fuel prior to shift start. Motorway driving where necessary.
Other duties include
Cleaning as directed
Ensuring water bottles are replenished
Assisting me to pack bag
Assisting me with putting cycling shoes on
Light bike maintenance/lifting and assembly ie. putting chain on
Transporting me and other when required
Assisting me to care for my cat ie,cat tray/vet visits/flea treatment
Notifying me of any groceries that I need
Assisting me to look through recipes to construct a weekly meal plan
To maintain my confidentially at all times and only disclose information about me with my permission. In case of an emergency please share information with medical services
