To provide support and companionship for family man with health issues

I am an active man who enjoys a variety of activities including Bowls, Tenpin Bowling, Mini-golf, and Swimming, but I have a sight impairment and some mobility difficulty so I need someone who shares my interests to accompany me and provide some support, and respite for my wife. My P.A. will also accompany me to medical appointments to assist with finding sites, coming in with me to take notes if needed. Once we have established a trusting relationship they will also support me to engage in fun activities with my two children, both of whom have some learning issues. I can use public transport and have a free carers bus pass, but my P.A. will need to have a car as some places I like to visit are difficult by public transport.

· The rate of pay for this position is £12.38 per hour, increasing to £12.89 in April

· Hours and times of work: 20 hours weekly, mainly Monday and Wednesday mornings at Tuesday evenings (Bowling Club)
