Self Employed Support Worker required to support a 20 year old lady who lives in the Howden le Wear area
 
We are looking for a worker who is self-employed, who would be able to support a young lady with autism and social anxiety and needs some support to access the community. Lucy is creative and talented artist; she is also intelligent and able to make her own decisions.

Hours /Wage
 
3/4 hours per week   £ 16 per hour
The hours are flexible and this can be discussed at interview
 
Duties
You would be providing support by taking the client out to various activities such as regular groups/coffee shops/dog walks/occasional medical appointments.

Additional Requirements/Information
 
A driver with own car is required, mileage to be agreed
Enhanced DBS will be required
As a self employed worker you will need to provide evidence of your liability insurance
