Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) - LEEDS - LS17

Do you hold a degree or are working towards a degree in Biomechanics, human anatomy or human physiology? 

An opportunity has arisen for a biomechanist, Kinesiologist or physiotherapist to support our physical therapy team in hands-on sessions, managing admin and reports, research and therapy development.

Pay: £15.50/hr
15hr/week + overtime

Hybrid work model

Full training provided

Job description: 
1. Help prepare notes, reports, assessments, research and carrying out recovery plans.

2. Work in various environments 
3. Support ongoing learning programs and actively participate in therapeutic approaches. 

4. Participate in training and learning programmes 
5. Learn advanced rehab techniques through study and hands-on practice. 

8. Standard work place: North Leeds 

Requirements:
Education: Degree in biomechanics/ human anatomy or human physiology 

Must be willing to work overtime as needed for clinical/ admin support
Be reasonably flexible 
Hold a valid UK driving licence 
Willing to work remotely and in field based settings in addition to the standard work place 
Flexibility for occasional travel, locally and internationally 
Must have strong IT Skills
