Personal Support Worker for a young man F/T@ £12.00 /hr in Stanley - FTE - £0.0k - STANLEY - DH9

I am looking for further staff to complete a strong, small staff team for a young man with complex physical and learning difficulties and medical needs.  He attends social care and needs young, competent and experienced drivers/support staff to take him there three to four days week and to pick him up.  These shifts also include morning and/or evening routines and activities.  There are a variety of shifts available and shifts involve mornings or evenings, some weekends and occasional waking nights.   He has complex medical needs including emergency suctioning and and is peg fed.  Staff work in pairs. He has a great personality and enjoys many activities including music and hydrotherapy. Staff to work within the family home and out and about.  Some shifts start at 7am. Latest finish is 10pm unless sleeping in/waking night.  Work involves personal care and therapy and social activities.  Present staff have enjoyed weekends away camping and travelling with him.  Hours are between 16 and 39 p.w.   Previous experience appreciated but not essential.  All training provided. Driving license is a MUST.
