To provide support and motivation for a man with a variety of health issues

Details
I am a large man in my 40’s who suffers from diabetes, high blood pressure and arthritis, which limits my mobility. I also have some mental health issues, particularly depression, and I am very shy, although I like to read and have taken up watercolour painting. My main carer is my father however he has his own health issues and therefore needs some respite. I am looking for a friendly and patient P.A. who will come in each morning during the week for an hour to motivate and encourage me to get up, assist with washing/personal hygiene, dressing and breakfast.

Summary terms and conditions
- The rate of pay for this position is £12.00 per hour
- You will be reimbursed for any agreed expenses incurred as part of the role.
- Hours and times of work: 5hrs in total. 1 hour per day in the mornings, time to be agreed and can be flexible.
The post is subject to the following:
- A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer.
- Satisfactory references from two referees, one of which must be your current or last employer.
- Completion of a satisfactory probationary period of 3 months.
