My brother is registered blind. He likes to stay very fit and healthy and is very active, however he need support when doing activities. He loves going for walks especially on the beach, visiting and using the gym about 2 times a week. He also enjoys cooking, but requires assistant.

My brother is very independent and upbeat and likes to carry on living the life he had when he could see, however he struggles to do the same tasks safely at times which is why we are looking for someone to come in and keep an eye on him as we do not always have the time.

As he is not able to get out and about at the moment, this is affecting him and we would like to bring in a PA to help keep him company in the home, for a couple of hours, during the day, everyday.

We would like it if his personal care assistant could assist him with making lunch / dinner and perhaps go for a walk with him to on the beach or around the local area, and support him when he is out at the gym and other places. as well as support him with new activities he wishes to try.
