Personal Care Assistant for an elderly gentleman in Newton Aycliffe area.

We need someone to cover 1 morning a week currently and we need someone to do every evening, 20 mins am and 20 mins pm: £10.50 per hour

AM: 1 morning only per week @ 20min to prompt mediation, assistance with breakfast, welfare check 
PM: 6 evening calls at 7pm @ 20min to prompt mediation, heat up a meal/ assist with making a snack, welfare check

Also Sickness/holiday cover and 1 hour for shopping per week.

Non-smoker, and a quiet and calm person.  A Driver with access to a vehicle so they can get shopping (heavy food items) e.g. bottles of water. Medication is to be checked that it’s the correct medication. Support with meals if required.

Training is not essential

A DBS may be required,
