Personal Care Assistant for a gentleman F/T @ £12.00/hr in St. neots - FTE - £25.0k - ST. NEOTS - PE19

Fancy joining my team of carers? I am fortunate to have a strong team of dedicated carers some have been with me for 5 years plus. 

I am a middle aged young at heart single professional chap. I work full time, like supporting my favourite football team and have a good friend network. Love to eat wholesome freshly prepared meals and live in a modern clean pet free, smoke free home. I have a muscle wasting condition and use an electric wheelchair.

What do I need? A flexible, caring, physically fit,  hardworking additional team member. All training will be given in the workplace. You need to be a confident driver with a clean manual driving licence. I swim regularly, you will go into the water to assist. Not out of your depth but you must be comfortable to get in the water. 

The role involves manual handling, personal care, support work and sleep ins. You will need to be able to cover all aspects of the role once training is complete. This will involve a range of shifts. Between 12 and 48hrs. To cover days, sleep in nights and weekends after full training.

Average 42hr Week.

The suitable candidate will recieve paid training, a full time contract. Rota in advance. Holiday pay. Pension. Enhanced rate of pay for weekend and bank holidays. On call allowance. Subsidised meals if you choose to eat with me.  Pay will start at £8.91ph for sleep in and £10 (£11 if from caring background) day rate.  With experience your pay will be increased (potential to be beyond £14ph) with regular development reviews.
