We operate as a cooperative team working towards the same goal.  This is maintained through positive communication, for example, by notifying all, via a private WhatssApp group any sickness as soon as possible and holidays that have been approved, so that cover can be arranged considering everyone'  availability to cover.

In the evening, you will also carry out my personal care necessary for the night, and help me into bed.
 3. If my husband is travelling either for work or to visit his family, feeding our two dogs and taking them to the garden regularly whilst staying with them outside, is also essential.
