We are looking for a female support worker / personal care assistant to help a lovely, disabled lady in the Seaham area, to live independently and to live well. The lady likes her independence but needs support in certain areas. (Please note she would like applicants to have a driving licence and having access to a car would be essential for this role.)

HOURS / WAGE:
- £9.50 per hour
- 16 Hours per week in total, to include:
- Mon: 1100–1200
- Tues: 18.00–19.00
- Mon – Sat: 0630–0730
- Mon, Wed, Fri & Sat: 1800–2000

DUTIES:

You would be helping a lovely lady to live independently in her own home, carrying out her housework, gardening, shopping and escorting her to her appointments. In addition, Personal Care, washing, bathing and catheter care would be required.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- As stared above, a driving licence and access to a car is essential
- Must be willing to cover other employees’ holidays and sickness
- A DBS check will be required (the cost of this will be met by the employer)
