Personal Assistant young gentleman PT/@£12.60/hr in leeds - Leeds - LS10

I’m looking for a PA to support me, I’m 34 years old I have cerebral palsy and learning difficulties.
This position is 11 hours per week (one to one only)
Monday MORNING OR AFTERNOON
TUESDAY MORNING DUE TO MY ART CLASS WHICH STARTS AT 10.00am and finishes at 12pm I then like to go get something to eat which means it goes into the afternoon.
WEDNESDAY MORNING OR AFTERNOON 
If you have children then childcare must be in place 
Must have own vehicle 
Must have a valid driving license 
I have a blue badge for parking 
Must be trust worthy honest good timekeeping and reliable 
Now let me tell you a little about me…..
I have an interest in Arts and crafts like watching football I’m a Leeds united fan and rhinos and I also like chatting about other sports would like someone who does have a bit of interest in this so we can chat I also like going to the cinema and see the latest films I like to eat out at different food places. I’m funny to be around and have a bubbly outgoing personality. Some things I feel hard to deal with such as loud noises such as a fire alarm this would make me jump and become anxious so I would need someone to keep me calm and reassure me. I like music mainly up to date  I like to sing I like a bit of karaoke I like to go shopping into different places 
I would need you to let me link onto your arm due to my disability. I must use a lift I’m not good with an escalator 
There is also a fuel allowance provided and your meals if you eat out are paid for .

 

I’m looking for a PA to have a very good understanding and caring to understand my learning difficulties and be supportive to my needs 

Based in Leeds 10 or close by. Must have your own car and full driving license as I don’t use public transport as I find it difficult. Please be a non-smoker / vaper.
