Personal Assistant wanted to support a female in the LS16 area, 9 hours p/w weekdays - LEEDS - LS16

Hello! 
I am a 31 year old female, I am vegan & interested in fashion, sustainability, dogs/animals and nature. I enjoy fashion shows, art exhibitions and historical museums. 

I have a range of conditions. Most of these only effect me and how my brain works, I just see things a little differently to others: Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia and Irlen Syndrome. 
I also have Fibromyalgia which causes widespread chronic pain and fatigue, due to this I need help with pacing myself as small amounts of activity can tire me quickly and takes me a while to recover. 

I’m looking for an honest, kind, helpful PA with a positive outlook on life, a good attitude for work with initiative. To be ok to be around 2 cats and a dog, but we will rarely be in my household, so it’s not required if this is an issue.

With my Autism I get very anxious in new situations and I’m very sensitive to light, noise and smell. I like routine and things to be done a certain way, a bit of a perfectionist. I like to plan, I need to be organised, but due to my ADHD I struggle to get organised as I get distracted easily and fidget, my minds always thinking of lots of things at the same time. All this is very draining. 

I get very fatigued and have a lot of  chronic pain, sensitivity and migraines  due to my fibromyalgia I also have back pain, weak wrists and struggle with pain & grip. Pain can worsen with the weather. 

Ideal candidates will need to have good knowledge/ understanding of autism, ADHD and chronic pain. 
Great with organising,  prioritising and problem solving. 
I struggle with simple decisions and communicating my needs so you would need to be understanding, patient and help me way up pros and cons. 

Car driver with own transport is essential. Previous experience is preferred but not a requirement.
