We are looking for a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Personal Assistant/Carer to support two young adults who require full-time care.
This rewarding role involves working 12-hour shifts in partnership with 4 other PA’s providing consistent, person-centred support in a friendly and positive environment.
About the Role:
* Supporting two young adults with their daily living needs
* Providing personal care and assistance with routines and activities
* Encouraging independence, wellbeing, and engagement in everyday life
* Working closely with other support workers on opposite shifts to ensure continuity of care
* Maintaining a safe, respectful, and supportive atmosphere
Hours:
* 12-hour shifts
* Flexible working pattern to include overnights
* Hours may increase or decrease depending on care requirements and circumstances
Wage Rate: £13.50 per hour
We Are Looking For Someone Who Is:
* Compassionate, patient, and dependable
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* A good communicator with a positive attitude
* Experienced in care work (preferred but not essential, as the right attitude is most important)
* Committed to providing high-quality support
* Car driver with own car
