JOB PURPOSE

Personal Assistant Role – Clifton

We are seeking a reliable, friendly and organised Personal Assistant (PA) to provide personal and administrative support to a young woman in her mid-30s, based in Clifton.

The role will be predominantly home-based at her residence, though some administrative tasks may, by agreement, be completed remotely from the PA’s own home.

Our client is a creative and nature-loving individual who enjoys arts and crafts, particularly painting and flower drying, and who shares her home with four much-loved ragdoll cats.

About the Role:

Hours per week:

If a single PA: 16 – 23.5 hours per week.

If 2 PAs: 8-12 hours per week.

£15/hour minimum during weekdays and £20/hour at weekends, possibly more depending on experience, qualifications and satisfactory probationary period.

Some flexibility regarding both hours per week (less on some weeks, more on others, depending on the needs at the time) and timing is very desirable, including preparedness to work very occasionally at weekends

We are open to employing either one full-time PA or two part-time PAs, depending on applicants’ skills, preferences, and availability. If two PAs are appointed, their responsibilities may be divided broadly as follows:

• Household-focused PA – supporting with household organisation, day-to-day tasks, and personal assistance.

• Administration-focused PA – assisting with paperwork, scheduling, correspondence, and other administrative responsibilities.
