Personal Assistant required to support a 36 year old female in the Burnhope/DH7 area 
6 hours per week -  £13.50 per hour 

 We are looking for a friendly and trustworthy PA to assist this lady in a range of different areas. These include but won’t be limited to, food shopping, trips into the community, swimming, cinema and coffee shop visits. 

The lady lives with a condition called Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) which affects the way in which the brain communicates with the rest of the body. She suffers with mobility issues, seizures and leg weakness just to name a few. 

The lady is very set on her PA feeling like a friend, rather than someone who is looking after her and taking her out. 

Somedays she can be bedbound, so duties would differ depending on the type of day she is experiencing. If a day at home is needed, she will require assistance to and from the toilet, having conversations with her and maybe making the occasional cup of tea (with biscuits of course!)

We are looking for someone with a full UK drivers license and their own car. 
Ideally, someone with experience of seizures is preferred but training can be given by the family for the right candidate.
