MONDAY TUESDAY WEDNESDAY MORNING OR AFTERNOON 
CHILDCARE MUST BE IN PLACE 
REFERENCE AND DBS ESSENTIAL 
MUST HAVE OWN CAR AND  FULL UK DRIVING LICENSE 
FUEL ALLOWANCE PAID 
MEALS ARE PROVIDED 

I am 34 years old I have cerebral palsy and learning difficulties the things I enjoy is going to my arts class i enjoy seeing the latest new flims at the cinema I like to do my own shopping I like to go to parks i like to have a laugh and a good day out the things I don't like are loud noises and you must be able to calm me in that situation I must use a lift as don't use Escalators I am a big football fan I support leeds united I have a big interest in music aswell like the latest groups and like to sing and like radio music aswell 
Like bowling and duck pin bowling like eating out also like to be out in the community aswell i am very bubbly and chatty and funny also like visiting musseums and having a good time 
love arts and crafts they help me with my mental health and I enjoy to meet new people that enjoy the same hobby as me. I’m happy fun to be around love to enjoy my day. I love to watch sport on tv I love to listen to music I just want to enjoy the above with someone  
have an interest in music sport and love to sing. I want the personal assistant to be RELIABLE TRUSTWORTHY HONEST and be there to support me. I need to be able to link on to your arm due to my cerebral palsy. I also have learning difficulties which for somethings I don’t understand and would need you to explain etc fire alarm 
I’ve also have a blue badge for parking
