Job Purpose: An opportunity has become available to support a disabled mother and her two children with daily tasks which will include: supported activities, food preparation, domestic care and personal care.
Location: Norwich, NR4
Details:
- Assist 9 year old son with getting ready for school, this will include making breakfast and packed lunches.
- Support both children with activities
- Personal Care - showering including hair washing
- Housework involves vacuuming, moping, laundry, bed changes and general house maintenance
- Trips to the park and days out to places of interest
- Collecting medications
- Support with medical appointments
- Shopping
- Batch cooking

Summary terms and conditions:
- The rate of pay for this position is £13.75 per hour
- Hours and times of work: 6 hours per week, Friday 15:15 to 18:15 and Sunday 15:00 - 18:00.
- Free training will be provided to employed staff.
- The annual holiday entitlement for this position will be equivalent to the work I would normally expect to be done during 5.6 consecutive weeks.

The post is subject to the following:
- A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer.

- Completion of a satisfactory probation period of 6 months.
