PERSONAL ASSISTANT REQUIRED ONE TO ONE ONLY 
11 HOURS PER WEEK BASED IN MIDDLETON LEEDS 10
MONDAY TUESDAY WEDNESDAY MORNING OR AFTERNOON 
CHILDCARE MUST BE IN PLACE
DBS REQUIRED AND REFERENCES 
OWN CAR FULL DRIVING LICENSE REQUIRED 
FUEL ALLOWANCE IS PAID MONTHLY TO YOU 
YOUR MEAL WHEN EATING OUT PAID FOR YOU 
YOU must be reliable trustworthy and honest and be able to do this role 
This role is to look after a 34 years old  young man who likes to go on days out see latest flims at cinema my art class which starts at  10am it starts finshes at 12 on a Tuesday morning which helps with his mental health helps him relax and enjoy and been creative i  like to eat out In many places he likes to enjoy his day listening and singing to latest music on the radio or phone  I like watching sport football and   likes to do his own shopping a happy going young man 
I would  need to link onto your arm  to help support me with my  balance issues and my  cerebral palsy and learning difficulties would also like a calm and understanding personal assistant  for this role and reassuring me in situations like fire alarm not good with noises and would need you to be calm and understanding
I would need to use a lifts instead of escalators due to my balance 
Non smoker or vaper A MUST When applying for this role is essential 
Blue badge provided
Must have a valid driving license 
I have a blue badge for parking 
Based in Leeds 10 or close by. Must have your own car and full driving license as I don’t use public transport
