Direct Payment Personal Assistant Required

I am looking to recruit a Direct Payment Personal Assistant for my 6 year old son.

Hours wanted:

5 hours every 2 weeks during term time and 10 hours per week during the holidays, all year round. Flexibility with how these hours can be used.

More about the young person:

This person has a diagnosis of ASD and dyspraxia.

He relies on trusted adults to keep him safe and communicate on his behalf. He is hypo sensitive and can struggle to manage his emotions. When he is overwhelmed, he can lash out.

This person needs support with accessing activities in his local community, learning how to manage his emotions when out and about, turn take, exercise patience and develop his self care skills.

Experience needed:

This person needs someone who has experience working with children who have disabilities.

Hourly rate:
£16.47 for self-employed PA's
£12.55 for employed PA's
