Personal Assistant for young person - flexible hours @ £12.89 p/h - Norwich - NR7

Job Reference (86abc874)

Job Purpose:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Assistant to build a safe, trusting and consistent relationship with a neurodivergent young person with a history of trauma. This is a rewarding opportunity to support her in feeling secure, understood and empowered, while helping her to access meaningful activities, develop confidence, and enjoy positive experiences both at home and in the community.

You will take a gentle, person-centred approach, working at the young person's pace and responding to her individual emotional, sensory and developmental needs. By providing calm, consistent and attuned support, you will play a vital role in helping her to feel safe, build resilience and develop a sense of independence over time.

If you are genuinely interested in making a positive difference in someone's life, we would love to hear from you.
