Job Purpose: A social care opportunity has become available as a second responsible adult to support for a 6-year-old boy.

Location: Scratby, Great Yarmouth NR29 & nearby areas.

Details: Helping me engage in my local community with my Mum and younger brother. This would involve participating in hobbies, activities and outings.

I need help:
- Being safe
- Realising dangers of sea proximity, hazards, park exits & roads.
- With education & eye contact
- With the use of simple language, e.g. Count stones, annotate behaviour, point out colours

I enjoy:
 - Splashing in puddles on rainy days, going to the beach & the park.
 - Running, playing ball games, flying a kite and throwing stones into the sea.
 - Being praised for good behaviour
- Giving high-fives, fist bumps & thumbs up
 - Drawing in the sand to write names/ draw shapes

Summary terms and conditions:
- The rate of pay for this position is £14 per hour.

 - Hours and times of work: 2 hours each Saturday or Sunday, at the same time and day each week for consistency.

 - Other duties will be discussed if/when deemed appropriate but everything that will be expected will be explained prior to acceptance of the position.

  - The annual holiday entitlement for this position will be equivalent to the work I would normally expect to be done during 5.6 consecutive weeks.

 - Access to free training for employed workers.

 - If this job requires; Manual Handling, Handling of hazardous chemicals and/or Food Handling you will be required undertake annual training.

The post is subject to the following:
- A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer.

- Satisfactory references from two referees, one of which must be your current or last employer.

- Completion of a satisfactory probationary period of 6 months
