Personal Assistant for lady in Thetford - 12 hours per week @ £12.89 p/h - Thetford - IP24
Job Reference (ae318860)
Job Purpose
I am a charming and kind-hearted 40‑year‑old woman living with severe Global Developmental Delay. I have the mental capacity of around a 5‑year‑old and am also diagnosed with nocturnal epilepsy. I have limited mobility, and while I am able to walk short distances, I require support when using stairs or steps.
I am non‑verbal and unable to read or write, and I communicate using my own version of Makaton sign language. Although I am generally charming and good‑natured, I can sometimes be reluctant to do things and may need gentle prompting and patience.
We are looking for a Personal Assistant who is jolly in nature, patient, and willing to learn. If you are kind, dependable, and genuinely interested in making a positive difference in someone’s life, we would love to hear from you.
