Personal Assistant for a young woman P/T@ £13.23 - £16.54/hr in Horsforth - Horsforth - LS18

Lively, friendly and reliable young woman required to support 28 year old young woman with learning difficulties. Your client is fun loving, bubbly, kind and happy. This role involves helping your client to socialise and to become more independent. An interest in music, film, theatre, art and animals would be useful. Your client loves to go to the cinema and theatre. She enjoys shopping and sight seeing. Animals are a big interest especially cats. She loves pampering sessions. She plays the flute and has regular lessons for which she needs some support. She needs to be encouraged to exercise and to eat healthily. You will be working at the client's home which she shares with her parents, and in the community. Although she does not need any physical support or intimate care she may need some personal help, e.g getting changed in public changing rooms, hence the need for a female PA. You need to have energy and initiative.This is a part-time job and flexibility on both sides is important. The hours are 4 hours weekdays (@ £10.50 per hour)and 6 hours at weekends (@ £13.70). The actual days and times are flexible to suit client's needs and PA availability and will vary from week to week.  At least one reference will be required.
