Are you compassionate and looking for a rewarding role?

We're seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support a 29-year-old man with Autism (PDA profile) and epilepsy in York.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide daily living support/companionship
Promote independence & well-being (we offer excellent training)
Accompany on outings (theatre, swimming, shopping, more)
Maintain a clean and comfortable living environment

About You:

Passionate about supporting individuals with disabilities
Calm, confident, & empathetic character
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Reliable, trustworthy with a strong work ethic
Valid DBS check required

What We Offer:

£13-15ph (day rate depends on experience) + overnight sleep-in rate of £9.55ph
