11 HOURS PER WEEK £12.71 PER HOUR 
MONDAY TUESDAY WEDNESDAY MORNING OR AFTERNOON 
CHILDCARE MUST BE IN PLACE 
REFERENCE AND DBS ESSENTIAL 
MUST HAVE OWN CAR AND  FULL UK DRIVING LICENSE 
FUEL ALLOWANCE PAID 
MEALS ARE PROVIDED 

I am a 34 years old young man I am requiring a personal assistant to help me in the community with support like on cinema visits seeing latest flims and  bowling shopping arts and crafts eating out enjoying myself and getting to socialise. I have an interest in music sport and love to sing. I want the personal assistant to be RELIABLE TRUSTWORTHY HONEST and be there to support me. I need to be able to link on to your arm due to my cerebral palsy. I also have learning difficulties which for somethings I don’t understand and would need you to explain and reassure me such as the fire alarm was to go off I may panic and you would need to be able to reassure me. I need to use a lift at all times no stairs or escalators due to my balance.
I love arts and crafts they help me with my mental health and I enjoy to meet new people that enjoy the same hobby as me. I’m happy fun to be around love to enjoy my day. I love to watch sport on tv I love to listen to music I just want to enjoy the above with someone who would enjoy spending time with me. I enjoy visiting places such as musseums   also like going to parks and marks and spencers and cafes like a charity shop for a good bargain like to look at books and cds I am hoping my advert gains interest  and like some meny different parks and like to shop at different places etc sports direct the movies I like to see at cinema are the latest ones like comedy and not horror and ture story like to chat about gaming  and love the latest music in the charts and like listening to the radio like different music like latest chart hits I am very polite and funny and bubbly personally 
 
Also a big football fan leeds united and like to chat about other sports aswell like cricket and snocker i enjoy socialising in the community like to be out and about 
Like parks and musseums 
I’ve also have a blue badge for parking
