PERSONAL ASSISTANT REQUIRED MIDDLETON LEEDS 10 
11 HOURS PER WEEK (ONE TO ONE ONLY ) 
CAR DRIVER NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IF YOU HAVE A CAR THERES A FUEL ALLOWANCE PROVIDED FOR YOU AND IF NOT ….
TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS ARE IN PLACE BELOW 
MONDAY TUESDAY WEDNESDAY MORNINGS OR AFTERNOON ALSO FLEXIBLE BUT TUESDAY MUST BE A MORNING DUE TO AN ART CLASS I ATTEND 
A BUS PASS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR YOU IF REQUIRED OR A TAXI IF NEEDED WILL BE PROVIDED TO PLACES WHERE I LIKE TO VISIT 
YOUR MEAL IS PROVIDED 
MUST HAVE A DBS AND PROVIDE A REFERENCE 
CHILDCARE MUST BE IN PLACE IF REQUIRED 
IM looking for a personal assistant to help me remain independent in the community take me to the cinema I like to watch the latest films have an interest in music and a bit of sport I like to watch and enjoy sport. I like to visit many food outlets where I like to eat, such as the white rose shopping centre and I like to visit a local pub in my area I like to go to crown point I like to visit Leeds city centre  I like to go into Morley I like to do my own shopping when I’m out. I Like to visit different places and learn new things This personal assistant must be RELIABLE HONEST TRUSTWORTHY AND COMMITTED to doing this Role. I’m bubbly outgoing happy like to sing now and again and just enjoy my day 
 On a Tuesday morning I attend an Art class which I really enjoy. I’m 34 years old I like to be happy and laugh and enjoy my day. There’s a few things I don’t like loud noises fire alarms and other noises unless I’m made aware of what they are and you need to be able to help me stay calm and reassuring that it’s okay is important. I need to link on to your arm to maintain my disability and balance. 
I cannot use an escalator so I must use a lift or climb stairs so a lift must be used .
Non smoker or Vaper would be preferred but not required
