Job Purpose:
To assist me with meal preparation and other hygienic tasks which may include personal care for myself.
Location: Buxton NR10
Details:
I have chronic health problems, severe food allergies so I need someone to help support me with meal preparation which requires strict attention to detail to avoid cross contamination and other hygienic tasks. I may require support with personal care as well - to be discussed further at interview. I envisage these hours being worked as 11 hours per week, and we can be flexible with the times - day times and evenings will both be considered.

Essential
· Experienced in domestic tasks and/or providing personal care & supported activities preferable.
· You must be physically fit enough to support me with my mobility.
Summary terms and conditions
· The rate of pay for this position is £15.87 per hour
· Hours and times of work: 11 hrs to be worked flexibly as we agree on a week to week basis, and can be discussed at interview.
· Plus occasional holiday/sickness cover for other personal assistants.
· Job share considered.
· The annual holiday entitlement for this position will be equivalent to the work I would normally expect to be done during 5.6 consecutive weeks.
· This position requires the employee to complete free annual training: GDPR, Health and Safety, COSHH, Food Hygiene and Moving and Handling.
The post is subject to the following:
· A satisfactory enhanced Criminal Records Bureau check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer.
· Satisfactory references from two referees, one of which must be your current or last employer.
· Completion of a satisfactory probationary period of 6 months.
