To support a gentleman with spinal injury paralysis by enabling him to have more independence and access facilities in the local community. Enabling client to go out and enjoy social and leisure facilities in the local community and attend medical appointments in his wheelchair accessible vehicle.

NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care, First Aid Qualification -desirable but not essential.

It would be an advantage if candidate has experience of supporting people with spinal injuries. Also to have a person centred approach and a willingness to learn individual needs. Training will be provided for all health care related tasks
