• Using a Motability vehicle for collecting medication, shopping and general errands
• Assisting with household cleaning
• Meal preparation and support with maintaining a healthy routine
• Occasional personal hygiene support
• Helping push my chair up steep hills or if I am tired and loading my wheelchair and equipment in the car
• Supporting with getting in and out of a swimming pool
• Accompanying me into nature and outdoor spaces
• Supporting with medical administration, including organising appointments and chasing missed correspondence
• Being comfortable working quietly or in silence when I need rest or low‑stimulus time
• Being understanding and supportive during phobias or anxiety attacks, especially when in public

• Confident driving in central London and on motorways

• This role requires an enhanced DBS check (cost covered by the employer) and references

• Hours are flexible between Monday and Sunday, with monthly timesheets provided in advance. Hours may change due to last‑minute medical appointments.
