We are looking for a female assistant to support our client with profound learning disabilities, autism and complex epilepsy to live a safe, meaningful and active life. You will be required to work in her own home and also at events and activities in the local area and beyond. Part-time and full-time roles are available for shifts between the hours of 7.30am to 1.30pm and 1.15pm to 8.30pm seven days a week.
You must be compassionate, reliable and conscientious with a good sense of humour, happy working on your own as well as part of a team. Previous experience of care is not essential.
You will need to fill in an application form in order to be considered for interview; for safeguarding reasons we require previous job history and names/addresses of two referees, one who must be a previous employer/teacher.
