I am a wheelchair user with a spinal cord injury looking for a reliable and proactive Personal Assistant to support me at my home in Featherstone (WF7).
This role is part of a structured long-term setup and involves a 48-hour continuous block shift every two weeks.
Schedule:
• Start: Tuesday 7:00 am
• End: Thursday 7:00 am
• Frequency: Every fortnight (bi-weekly)
Pay:
• £17.25 per hour
• 48 hours per shift (£828 per shift)
Role:
• Full personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
• Hoist transfers (full training provided)
• Meal preparation and light household tasks
• Driving my wheelchair accessible vehicle (WAV)
Requirements:
• Non-smoker (essential)
• Full clean UK driving licence (essential)
• Reliable and punctual (7:00 am start is critical)
• Comfortable with a continuous 48-hour shift
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

This is a long-term role, not temporary. I am looking for someone dependable who understands the responsibility involved.
