I am a disabled lady having support at home from my husband and a small team of female Personal Assistants (PAs) - for personal care and other support as well as a range of domestic tasks. I am on direct payments from Bath and North East Somerset council and have employed PAs for over 20years. Currently looking for someone to join my team to mainly help cover some weekend hours. Approx 4 - 4.50hr shifts either every weekend or on an alternate week basis - to be arranged. This will be a contracted post and exact times to be agreed alongside other PAs on a rota. The candidate needs to be female due to the personal care nature of some of the work and experience will be helpful but not essential as training will be given. Being able to undertake some sickness and holiday cover as/when needed would be helpful. I also at this time have several weekly shifts available to be covered on a temporary basis due to staff sickness/leave of absence. Hours negotiable. Rates of pay: weekend £10.30 per hour/weekday rates £10.00 per hour/bank holiday £10.90 per hour.
