I’m looking for a caring, patient Personal Assistant to support my 13‑year‑old son, who has Down syndrome and Autism. The role involves taking him out for activities he loves - music, the park (especially swings), and cinema trips - or joining us on family outings with his 3 siblings.
What we need:
Someone warm, reliable, and child‑focused
Confidence supporting a young person with learning disabilities (experience helpful but not essential) Good communication skills and a calm approach
Ability to work independently during outings
UK driving licence and car preferable but not essential
Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one

Hours & Pay: 5 hours per week, mixed across after school and weekends, with additional 3 hours in school holidays. £12.50 per hour Location: Leeds 17 and surrounding areas.
