Job Purpose: To provide support to J, a 34-year old man born with a rare chromosome disorder, resulting in severe language, learning and behavioural difficulties. J has also been diagnosed with anxiety, ADHD and some autistic traits.
 
Location: Browston, Great Yarmouth
 
Details: 
·      To attend to J’s personal care.
·      To take J out in the car and assist him to enjoy activities of interest to him, such as going to McDonalds for coffee.
·      Encouraging J to explore other activities that he may enjoy.
