Personal Assistant – for Admin Help 4 Hours per week – required by environmentally aware, young woman with ME – BS6 area.
I am looking for one or two PAs, to support with some tasks at home, who is also able to drive me to visit relatives/go to appointments once a month. ( that’s plus and extra 8hours per month)
Qualities:
Down to Earth grounded person. Looking for someone that is able to use initiative, if there is a list that they can work through it within the shift. The applicant/s must be reliable and trustworthy.
To be discreet and respectful with all admin work and when undertaking the job. Happy to complete tasks.
As I have M.E. It affects memory and sometimes I may need the PA to keep focused on the task and that we can work together to get things done.
Has a cat – but the cat usually goes out when anyone else is in the house.
Car driver required with full driving licence and own car.
Must appreciate good quality food – as the employer likes to eat organic fresh food. If you are a foodie that’s a massive plus.
Ideally there are two posts available – but the hours may suit one person.
PA Admin support – 4 Hours Per week ( split over 2 days Tues & Friday. )
Desirable criteria
Computer based – Mac literate
To be discreet and respectful with all admin work and when undertaking the job.
Must be familiar with using Mac and IPhone.
Tasks include :
Deal with admin correspondence bills/post/paperwork. Telephone appointments & diarising. Computer based – Mac literate
DBS required (if you don’t have one this can be applied for) Rate of Pay: £9.50 per hour. 5.6 weeks (pro rata) holiday entitlement per year. :this has all been put on one line
Personal Assistant - 6 Hours per week:
Mon, Weds, Thursday & Sat 1.00-2.30 .
Could also be an extra few hours once a month to enable social visits. ( This will be discussed at interview )

Must appreciate good quality food – as the employer likes to eat organic fresh food. If you are a foodie that’s a massive plus. Awareness and appreciation of food hygiene and cleanliness in kitchen areas.
Tasks include:
Practical support with food prep and batch cooking, but mostly prepping veg/salad to be cooked.
Support with changing bedding, drink preparation and support with Medication.
Possibly collecting food orders from local shops.
