Overnight sleeping care 21:00 to 09:00 at 250 pound/night, daytime/evening shifts 25/hr - Norwich - NR7

Help needed with elderly female dementia patient for sleeping nights between 9 pm and 9 am 7 days a week. Sessions usually will find mum already in bed but occasionally mum will need to be supervised taking tablets, toileting, teeth, changing into bed clothes, getting to bed. Overnight assistance with mobilizing to toilet during the night usually 1-2 times every night is required. Occasionally assisting with personal hygiene if does not remember. Sometimes falls asleep on toilet so need to wake and assist as needed. 

If covering afternoon (1-5 pm) or evening sessions (5-9pm) then cooking supper such as fry up, cottage pie and veg, salmon and veg etc. Happy for you to eat supper with mum if you would like. Assisting mum with navigating evening entertainment reading books to her is perfect/classic FM/wildlife documentaries/films/tennis/snooker/dominoes/puzzles. Assistance walking to toilet. Occasional help with cleaning up if incontinent of urine/feces if an accident occurs but using pull-ups 24 hours. Doesn't consistently remember to clean self so need to discreetly check and help when needed. 

If covering morning sessions (9 am to 1pm) then assisting with showering/personal care/toileting needed. Supervising dressing, choosing clothes, taking tablets (pharmacy tablet box), making breakfast and lunch is needed. If time and mum has the energy then a drive to a view point, river green, local cafes and short walk with stroller needed daily. Assisting mum with navigating entertainment reading/classic FM/wildlife documentaries/films/tennis/snooker. Supervising transfer to toilet as doesn't remember to use walker inside the house. Occasional help with cleaning up if incontinent of urine/feces if an accident occurs but using pull-ups 24 hours. Doesn't consistently remember to clean self so need to discreetly check and help when needed.

Some sundowning and daytime behavior problems are occurring intermittently with hallucinations/agitation/anxiety/anger primarily verbal directed to carer so very experienced dementia nurse or carer required to deflect, redirect and mange situation.

We need help for overnight sleeping care 9 pm to 9 am 7 days a week (likely to need to wake 1-2 x to assist transfer to toilet as mum. Overnight sleeping care is 250 pound for 12 hrs

Help needed some Saturday and Sunday 9 am to 1 pm, afternoons 1 pm to 5 pm and evenings 5 pm to 9 pm are available. Sessions can be combined as desired. Weekend work and evening work is reimbursed at 25 pound/hour. Any weekday sessions between 09:00 and 17:00 are reimbursed at 20 pound/hr.

All carer's are expected to have at lease 3 years experience, a clean police check and carry their own carer's insurance. If you have this skill set, please join our team of 6 experienced private carers to help keep mum living safely at home.
